Who will be cast opposite Yoon Eun Hye in Love Song?
Upcoming drama Love Song, the Korean version of Tian Mi Mi, is currently in the casting process for a new male lead, a role originally given to the deceased Park Yong Ha. The unchosen male lead will be starring opposite Yoon Eun Hye.
Love Song aimed to be a killer Asian production with the casting of Hallyu stars Yoon Eun Hye and Park Yong Ha. The drama gained massive interest when Yoon Eun Hye was cast as the female lead. With the announcement of the two actors’ involvement in the drama, companies in 11 nations began negotiations for broadcast rights for the drama. And preparations for shooting locations in China, Japan, etc. had begun as well.
There were expectations of problems for the drama with Park Yong Ha’s sudden suicide, and some were concerned that the project had to be canceled.
But according to the telephone interview with Verdi Media on the 8th, they are presently in the process of casting the new male lead. One member of the production team stated,
“We were stunned for a bit after the tragic incident, and we did not have the capacity to go on with the project last week. But we now have finished the meeting to deal with this situation, and are in the process of casting a new actor. There are no casting changes in regards to Yoon Eun Hye. As soon as the new male lead is cast, we will proceed with the project as planned.”
Love Song is the Korean drama remake of the popular 1996 Hong Kong movie, Tian Mi Mi.

i just watched tian mi mi, and i’m not really into this kind of storyline and backgrounds,.. but this is the chance for gong yoo to prove that he’s not an all romantic comedy’ guy and can do disloyal-horny-serious roles as well.
i know yeh is profesional and willing to kiss any male lead, and confortable in bed scenes with him. but, it felt awkward watching Hye-na slept with Dong-chan..so,my choice definitely gonna be gong yoooooo!!!…
great soundtrack is crucial, love songs with touching melodies like ‘polly’, ‘lalala’, ‘go go chan’, ‘goodbye’ & ‘It sits gently in the wind’…

YEH with Jae Hee for a change.He plays those romance comedy drama, something melodrama will be good for both. Actually i love to see Kim Jeong Hoon (Prince Yul in Goong) to co-star with YEH, they both look so compatible. ….I know it’s fat hope as Jeong Hoon is in the army!

For me, I prefer a different male lead for YEH this time. Someone who she hasn’t worked with yet. I mean there are so many talented, handsome actors out there to pair her with, so why limit herself with the same co-star over and over again?
YEH is very picky in terms of picking a drama, which is why we rarely see her, so it would be nice to see her act with a new partner.

There are soooo many great actors (and actresses) I wish to see YEH work with. I actually think a hallyu co-lead would be nice coz if I’m not wrong YEH is like the youngest hallyu-status actress out there, so she could have learn a lot from her sunbae partners ^^
I guess you are right.. I just realized that there are so many Korean Actors out there.. it would be nice to see her with a new partner this time.. it is true that we rarely see her in dramas, might as well make one with a different co-star.
