While most of the changes are in the backend, the most noticeable frontend changes are in the <a href="/activity/">Community</a> sections. Changelog: <ol type="1"><li> You can now specifically reply to and favorite individual activity stream items.</li><li> You can use the @username convention, similar to Twitter, to send public messages to each other. This is a big improvement over the "Wire" section (see #3 below).</li><li> There are no more "Wire" sections on member profiles and group pages (see #2 above).</li><li> The member profiles and group pages are more streamlined, with horizontal menus.</li><li> Your display name and profile link will show on your blog comments.</li><li> Twitter and Facebook feeds removed from sidebar. Well, it's not really a contest. We're looking for user submissions for the banner used at the top of the site. I know the forum doesn't have a banner yet, but eventually (relatively soon), the forum's layout is going to be the same as the rest of the site. Guidelines Dimensions are 980px width and do not exceed 200px height. It can be shorter than 200px, but the width should stay set at 980px so that is spans the entire width of the header. Feel free to also incorporate a logo of some kind and you can also add your own tag in the corner (but not too large). The banner should definitely have a picture of Yoon Eun Hye. Images hosted on this site use up bandwidth, which has to be paid for. When you hotlink images from yooneunhye.net without permission, you're basically stealing bandwidth. There's been a huge spike in bandwidth usage this month in part due to many sites hotlinking images and some people are even hotlinking avatars. Technical measures have now been put in place to prevent hotlinking of images from yooneunhye.net. This isn't a major feature, but generally just gives visitors an idea of what topics are more popular than others. But note that since this feature was just added, the view counts doesn't include past views. This forum uses bbpress which is completely integrated into the overall site. This allows single log-in for everything. This version of bbpress is relatively new so many plugins that add traditional forum features are not yet ready. So please bear with us, as we work to create a better forum experience for you.
