Awesome update.. Thanks smr05. I wish I could see what her office and business cards look like. She so awesome in art. It would be interesting to see how YEH express her art form in decor and graphics.

▲드라마를 끝내고 어떻게 지냈나?
=촬영을 끝나고 아직도 아쉬워요. 요새도 아침에 일찍 눈을 뜨곤 하죠. 그래도 드라마 촬영할 동안 미뤄뒀던 일들이 계속 있어서 쉰다는 느낌은 없네요.(웃음)

Q. How have you been ever since the finale of MFL?
YEH: I'm still missing it even after the final shoot. Even now, there are days where I still wake up early. But I guess I can't say i've been resting, since I have been busy doing all the work I pushed back while shooting the drama.

▲가끔 출연자들과 연락은 하는지?
=사실 얼마전 종방연 때 (윤)상현 오빠와 (정)일우, (문)채원에게 선물을 준비했었어요. 자그마한(윤은혜는 입모양으로 '속옷'이라고 살짝 일러줬다). 그런데 전해주지를 못했죠. 그날 정신없이 지나가서요. 나중에 만나면 꼭 줘야겠어요.

Q. Do you still keep in touch with the cast of MFL?
YEH: Actually, I prepared presents for Sanghyun oppa, Ilwoo and Chaewon at the after-party which was held a short while ago. Just something small (YEH softly whispers the words "undergarments"). But I was unable to give it to them. That night was just hectic. Next time I meet them, i'll be sure to give to them.

▲이번 드라마를 하면서 논란과 구설수, 열애설을 겪었는데.
= 연기력 논란 등은 제가 매번 드라마 할 때마다 불거진 일들이죠. 그래도 회를 거듭할수록 혹평이 호평으로 바뀌는 반응을 보고 감사했어요. 또 열애설은 너무 황당했죠. 사실 상현 오빠는 제게 어려운 분이에요. 나이 차도 많고. 스태프들도 열애설을 듣고 '황당하다'는 반응이었죠. 이제 신경쓰지 않아요.

Q. With this drama you were involved in criticism, adverse judgement and a relationship scandal
YEH: Adverse criticism regarding my acting is a hot issue that has always surfaced whenever I came out with my dramas. However, I have always been thankful to see the initial adverse criticisms turn to favourable appraisals with every epsiode. Regarding Sanghyun oppa, honestly, it's rather complicated/difficult. There is indeed a big age gap. Even when the crew members heard of the scandal they reacted saying "it's absurd". But now, i'm not that much concerned with it anymore.

▲'1인 기업'을 설립하며 사장님이 됐는데.
= 원래 성격이 하나하나 따져가며 챙기는 성격이죠. 누구의 도움 없이 혼자 해내고 싶었어요. 사실 설립이라는 단어 차제가 창피해요. '더 하우스'라는 말처럼 집에서 시작한다는 의미죠. '1인 기업'이라...(얼굴을 붉히며)부담스러워요.

Q. You became a CEO after having founded your very own "1-person Corporation"
YEH: I'm the type of person who questions and weighs everything one by one and take's care of it all one by one. I wanted to nail it all alone without anyone's help. Actually, I am rather embarassed by the word "founded" to honest. Like the phrase "The House" it connotes the start of a home. You say "1-person Corporation"... (YEH's face turns bright red) it's rather burdensome.

▲혼자서 판단과 결정을 하기에 어려움은 없나?
= 각오했던 일이고, (힘든지)알고 시작했어요. 주위에서 많이 도와주셔서 아직까지는 괜찮아요. 회사의 인테리어, 로고 등을 디자인하고 설계하는데 한 몫 했을 정도죠. 이렇게 하나씩 풀어가면 되요. 부모님도 저는 걱정 안 하세요. 단 한번도 힘들다는 표현을 한 적 없는데 그게 주요했던 거 같아요. 다 잘하는 줄 아시죠. 사실은 아닌데…

Q. Doesn't it get difficult when you have to make your own decisions and demands?
YEH: It was something I was prepared for, and I was determined to start knowing I would face difficulties. There have been many people who have helped me, so it's all been well and good so far. You can say I did my share of the work so far by planning the company and designing the interior of the office and creating the company's official logo. It should be fine if we go by it one by one. Even my parents aren't too worried about me. I have never once expressed my hardship to them and I think that was appeared to be the important key. They think I am capable of everything. But that's not exactly the case...

▲원래 성격은 어떤가?
= 혈액형이 O형이에요. 사실 O형이 어떤 캐릭터인지 잘 모르겠어요. 제 성격은 섬세한 편이에요. (눈을 크게 뜨고) 털털하게 보시는 분들도 많죠? 하지만 사소한 것에 상처도 잘 받아요. 그래도 연예계에 데뷔한지 11년차가 되다 보니 마음으로 삭히는 법을 알았다고나 할까요? 시간이 걸리더라도 오해는 풀어진다는 쪽이에요.

Q. What is your true/usual personality?
YEH: I have type O blood. I honestly don't really know what kind of personality O-blood type's have. I have a rather gentle, subdued personality. (With her eyes open wide) There are many who see me as being aloof/unaffected and laid back right? But I get hurt over minor matters. Well, having experienced the entertainment industry for 11 years now, I guess you can say I have learnt how to extract and dissolve it with my heart. I've realised with my situation, although it may take a while, misunderstandings do find a way to get resolved.

▲재주가 많은 것 같다. 최근에 취미를 붙인 것은?
= 요새는 뜨개질을 하면서 지내요. 하루 종일 쉬는 날은 한 동네 사는 포토그래퍼 언니네 집에서 살다시피해요. 뜨개질하면서 수다떠는 것도 재밌고요. 그림 그리는 것도 좋아하는데, 손재주가 있다고들 하세요. 그래서 회사 명암이나 로고도 직접 만들 수 있었고요.

Q. You seem to have a lot of talent. What's a hobby that you recently attached yourself to?
YEH: These days I do some knitting. When I have a whole day of rest I go over to an onni who lives in my neighbourhood who does photography, and practically live there. It's enjoyable just chatting away whilst knitting at the same time. I also like to draw as people seem to say I am talented with my hands. Which was why I was able to personally design and make the company's logo and the business cards.

▲가수가 그립지 않나?
= 베이비복스 시절을 생각하면 아쉬움이 커요. 얼마 전에 비욘세 공연을 봤는데요. 큰 감동을 받았지만 한편으로는 너무 부끄러웠어요. 베이비복스로 활동할 당시 중국에서는 그보다 더 큰 무대에 선 적도 있거든요. 그때 더 열심히 했다면 비욘세처럼 세상을 흔들 수 있지 않았을까, 후회도 있죠.

Q. Don't you miss being a singer?
YEH: Whenever I think of the Baby VOX days I feel a sense of pity. I went to Beyonce's concert a short while ago. I was left with a big impression but at the same time I felt rather embarassed. There was a time in China where I as a member of Baby VOX performed on a much larger and grander stage. If I had just pushed myself to do so much better, then I believe we really could have become world shakers like Beyonce. I have my regrets.

▲걸그룹 출신으로서 최근 인상적인 걸그룹은?
=요즘 가수들은 실력과 끼를 모두 갖추고 있는 것 같아요. 개인적으로 2NE1을 좋아해요. 특히 공민지는 눈에 띄는 친구죠. 지금은 공민지의 팬이에요. 노래 춤 등 무대 장악력이 뛰어나더라고요. 너무 멋진 친구예요.

Q. As a former girl-group member, which girl-group has left an impression on you recently?
YEH: I think singer these days embody themselves with both natural merit and talents. I personally like 2NE1. Especially Gong Min Ji, she's a girl who really got my attention. Right now, I'm a Gong Min Ji fan. Her singing, dancing as well as her grip of the stage is just astounding. She's a very charismatic person.

▲다음 활동 계획은?
=영화나 드라마든지 빨리 하고 싶어요. 처럼 오랫동안 기다리진 않으려고요. 이제 스스로 해야 하니까요. 부딪히면서 작품도 선정하고, 도전해 보려고요. 계속 응원해주세요.

Q. What are your next active plans?
YEH: Whether it be a movie or a drama, I want to do it quickly. I don't want to wait as long as I did with MFL. Seeing as I have to do things on my own now, I plan to bump into everything and select my works accordingly and really challend myself. Please continue to support me.
