i dont like this...i'm a filipina but a remake of coffee prince waaaaa
solid YEH for me...sorry but i will not watch this...im not a fan of gma teleseryes...although lie to me was broadcast in gma i didnt still watch it...i like the eng sub bec i can hear YEH voice

hi! I am so disappointed of the main leads. It's a bad decision to put Aljur and Kris Bernal. Eun-Hye is the only one who can portray it with justice. Sorry to say this. But that's my opinion.

I do believe too that no one will do it better than Yoon Eun Hye, but taking it on a more rational side, CP remake may show how the Filipino fans really loved Yoon Eun Hye's Go EuChan that the entertainment business(GMA) is willing to take risks on doing this remake... but on the other hand, I think they had a wrong choice of leading actresses... I'm a Filipino,too.. I believe an artist from other network (ABS CBN) is far better than Kris Bernal and Aljur(sorry for their fans, just citing my opinion, I didn't mean to offend you), I think Toni Gonzaga may be best choice for Eunchan's character, she may not be as good as YEH or the two may be incomparable, but at least Toni G. does know how to to do real good ROMCOM...but it seems the remake was all set now, hope that it will turn to be a good one and may result on bringing YEH here in Phils...:)
but still I don't know if it will still be worthy to watch..I hope so, but if YEH will do a cameo on the remake...wow...that would be a big WOW...

I think Kris B (aside from MR) can give justice to the role of Go Eun Chan, but i wish that they had given Gong Yo's role to either Dennis Trillo or Alden Richards...

guys, don't get me wrong, i'm really happy that they will do our own Phil version of CP but i'm just a little disappointed that the chosen actor and actress to portray Andi & Arthur are not good enough for the role, have you check what was the critics said about Aljur's acting in his recent drama machete? He acts like a wood, as in literally wood (meaning there's no feeling), so I don't know how in the world he will portray the role of Gong Yoo! And i don't think Kris Bernal will cut her hair short for this because of her new shampoo commercial, I remember YEH turned down the offer for a Shampoo CF because of her role in CP. waaaaah!

I hope they will reach to our expectation even if there is so many doubts to our mind and heart about their casts and the flow of the drama.,
It may not be 100% good, hope it will reach at least 75%.

Yeh was really committed to all her dramas and that will never be compared to anyone. I just saw CP of Phil but the Andi character did not cut her hair short. She wore a wig. hehehehe. Yeh is just amazing nothing compares.

OMG I was trying to be all optimistic about it, but after seeing the preview I just wanna curl up and cry. That was so terrible
OMG Kris looked pretty bad like really short and wide compared to YEH and her wig dont even get me started...the wig makes her look like a greasy guy. If she knew that she wasn't gonna give it 100% she shouldn't have taken this prescious role, and should have given it to someone who really wanted it and willing to make those sacrifices. I wish it did not happen They choose AlKris loveteam cause they want to bring back their chemistry without knowing if the cast are willing to sacrifice to the role given to them.

seriously guys..I really dont like the cast
and after seeing what Kris Bernal looks like in portraying Andy..my God.. if she just cut her hair like YEH did..I might watch it but wearing a annoying wig..geeez I really hope they dont change the story..or else they will receive a hate mails and comments the whole year

I really don't like the idea of having a Coffee Prince Philippine Version..but I was convincing myself to just support it..but after seeing that Kris Bernal was wearing a wig! NO WAY! the fact that she was using a wig was really disgusting!
Yoon Eun Hye will always be the best for that role!~

its really annoying, well as a filipino im happy for the remake but when i saw kris bernal and aljur so iww.. ahahaha, wearing a wig??? go eun chan/yoon eun hye has a very strong personality in CF (hindi lampa)/weak) You are the best Eun chan our dear Yeh.. (inis talga ang gma)

I do agree with you guys! I'm not a big fan of GMA. And I knew it from the start that who will be portraying our Hye's role, she will not cut her hair short. On the lighter note, it is good that filipinoes are really into Hye's Koreanovelas. However, I definitely won't watch it. Kris and Alhur, eewwww.... Just my two cents.
