Directions for registering are as follows.
1. Go to: register for foreigners in overseas
Select "동의함 (Agree)" on both selections and click "Foreigner in overseas" on this page:
2. After clicking "Foreigner in overseas", you will see a new page where you need to fill out your information.
Note: All information must be actual. You have to use your real name that's on your ID card or passport.
*When you make an "ID", you have to click "ID Check" to see if it's available.
*You do not have to fill out "Mobile Phone" section. You only need to fill out all the lines with a red dot on the left. You may use your mobile phone number as your main number.
*For "Email (광고 수신여부)" select "No" for all the choices. It is for sending you advertisements.
*For "Confirmation Process", you may select to either upload a ID card that's in your computer or select "Fax".
Then click "Submit".
3. If you have uploaded your ID confirmation document before clicking the "Submit" button, then you are done. You do not have to fax it again.
If you have selected to "Fax" your info instead, then you will see this page after clicking "Submit".
"You have selected [Fax] confirmation process.
Please print your member ID, e-mail address and put a title as "Foreigner Registration"
After this process is completed, we will send you an E-mail within 24 hours.
You may not use services until confirmation process is completed.
