    I can understand where you are coming from. Though, as a male I will admit I do enjoy/admire the partially clothed picture of YEH on the couch. As one of the older members of this site I do understand a lot of the negative conations associated with the image (both exploitative and moral). The photo posted by Vegaspink is a lot more universally acceptable, and the second picture if it were zoomed in to showing from the shoulders up would also be more tasteful.

    However, YEH is alas limited by the needs/wants of the industry. In addition, the recent trend of magazines (W Magazine and Dazed n Confused) might of been chosen by her intentionally (idle speculation on my part) to change her image slightly.

    As an American I am unsure if this situation is common in the Korean entertainment industry. However, YEH overall tends to be cast in roles that are sympathetic/endearing or even girl next door type. (NOTE: I have not seen Black mini-dress, so I cannot comment if that breaks the type cast or not). The two above mentioned Magazine are going for a more mature sexy image. However, as I said this really is idle speculation and might be nothing more than coincidence.

    Kim sun ah is a very respectable actress in korea, and I think she'd had pics like these before. Still, people didn't change their impression of her..i didn't. For me these recent pics of YEH showed me more of her true personality. ALthough, the pics are daring, I like it that she showed her true self to us. We're just used to her "girl next door type". I like it that she's moving on. I like it that she changes her projects once in a while. But I do hope, she won't be making daring movies in the future. I believe she don't need to do that to improve her craft. She's a a very good actress and I trust she won't be going that far. ;) ;)

    @tweety2574 , I agree with you , daring pictorial like this is acceptable ,, but not doing a drama/movie were she can allure with different man ... as her fan , I hope that she will maintain her cute and bubbly image . I most admired her in that image . I understand that she became more matured and it is time to change her personality but there is a limitation of doing maturity roles . I hope that she will try to do an action movie like Sung Yoo Ri did , or a drama that full of emotions . Anyway she's so sexy and beautiful . She has a very beautiful curve body =D =D ,,

    Ahhhhhh I love Yoon Eun Hye So much. She never disapoints. Thats why Im having a hard time being mad at her for looking so sexy cozying up with my hubbub. But I lahh it as always. heheheh.

    Whether posing sexy for a magazine or whether she decides to do a movie showing more skin, I dont really care. She will forever have 100% of my support. Its her decision, she is 27 years old she knows whats good for her or not. Imposing my preference on her would be selfish and suffocating for her. She already deals with enough stress, all she needs is support.

    YEH is still YEH it wont change the way I look at her no matter how many sexy photoshoots or mature roles she decides to do in the future. YEH is kind, compassionate, down to earth and all of that, nothing is going to change that.

    Yep, I agree with you. Imposing our preference on her will violate her right to choose her own path for the future. Yes she's a public figure but she's also a human being. As long as she didn't do something illegal it's fine with me. I love her for who she is so I will always support her for whatever she'll do.
    Many actresses even the top one have done "something daring" before, but did it tarnished their image ? I don't think so. Many viewers or people of ent. industry even praise them for their professionalism. Ex. Jeon De Yeon, Son Ye Jin etc.
    I understand she's came from a girl group band who usually has pure image, but it's changed. She's an actress & model now who will put her professionalism above all. At least we should respect that.

    Exactly santaiah andf what right do we have to impose what we want, when even her parents supports her decisions.

    Yeah great example is Jeon Do Yeon who won best actress at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. She had one particular daring scene in Secret Sunshine and an even more daring sex scene in The Housemaid, but her fans and people in the entertainment industry still respects her. More examples are Song Ji Hyo in Frozen Flower she has some pretty heavy sex/love scenes in Frozen Flower that really shocked me, cause she is Hyorin from Goong. Shin Min Ah also did a daring lovescene with Joo Ji Hoon in Kitchen showing a bit of butt exposure. Those are just some examples of actresses that are still respected in the industry having done the sexy.

    So when I heard that some fans went crazy after seeing YEH's Dazed and Confused photoshoot, I couldn't help but get upset that some of her fans would abandon her over something like that and even join some antis, when other actresses still get the support of their fans even after doing more daring scenes in movies, or also having done sexy photoshoots baring some skin. Its a bit disappointing at times, that some of her fans dont support her taking more risks and some just want to keep her in a sweet bubble not allowing her to grow as an actress.

    a korean friend told me YEH mentioned during her fanmeeting that she has read what her fans wrote online, she knows their huge expectations of her so she always gets stressed out while reading scripts or when considering a project. Honestly, I felt so sorry for her after I heard that.

    Regarding her recent pictorials like Dazed & Confused, W with TOP and Bazaar, she looks amazing in all of them. The fans who are disappointed because of her poses only want to see their favorite actress, who is Yoon Eun Hye, to be gorgeous, pretty and cute without the sexiness and I understand that. But I think that Yoon Eun Hye is the one who gets to decide what she does. She can't be innocent forever. And she knows what she's doing because she's smart. Besides, that's what I love about her photoshoots --- She's daring and different in them because she isn't just posing but she's also acting according to the concept. An example is her Nylon photoshoot where she had to be a rocker. That is one of my favorite photoshoots from her because, while others only looked and dressed like Rockers, she also had the feel and aura of one. All in all, I support her decision and I am hopeful that she doesn't let the negativity get to her and she should use them as to prove detractors wrong.

    Anywayzzzz, in the back hug picture, I love how she's smiling. I couldn't see it before but now that I do, the picture is more emotional and meaningful...

    I am aware that there are antis who are masquarading as Yoon Eun Hye fans just to put her down...I like her photoshoots with Top...she is very sexy. But obviously she still imposed limitation as evidenced by the shots...Her pictorials with Dazed and Confused are more daring...I think she decides to be more daring in Dazed and Confused because she was the only subject there...

    She is both an artist and actress and I have strong feeling that she will venture to other genres..It is good that YEH go sexy in photo shoots while she is still young because she knows that she cannot do it when she reach old age...YEH can do diverse jobs in modeling and acting...What I like most with YEH, is that even though she agreed for sexy but artistically done photo shoots, she is still respected by people and her true (not fake) fans because she act with grace based on BTS and events..I am 100 percent sure that she is not a flirt in real life ...she is friendly but still managed to act with grace, classy and educated..

    Let's support YEH when she do other things that make her grow...let's support her if she decides to take a role of a prostitute, a killer, a mentally-ill, a bad politician, a prisoner or any role of her choice....she can do these roles with justice.... after all she can still do romcom after doing roles of her own choice

    I dont think she imposes that much limitations on herself in magazine shoots as evidenced here ( http://yooneunhye.net/forums/topic/yehs-w-photoshoots )and also cause that photographer for W Hong Jang Hyun, said in an interview when asked who his favorite model is, he said YEH because she doesn't put restrictions in photoshoots, and YEH also said that there's no poses that you can't do for art and we all know how artistic YEH is.
    Her most sexy shoots are usually always for W magazine and usually shot by Hong Jang Hyun. I think its because she trusts them.

    The violent reactions of some fans over YEH's recent daring shoots shocked me cause why now? I mean YEH has been doing daring shoots for a long time now, by that I mean years so I don't :lol: get what the big deal is.

    On Entertainment Weekly when asked if she is ready to show some skin in her movies, she did imply that she wasn't ready yet. So maybe in movies, she still has some hesitations but not much in photoshoots.

    Super agree with this. That's what an actress is supposed to do is ACT. Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman played a prostitute, yet no one really think she's a prostitute in real life. :lol: They are just doing their job as an actress.
