Though I am sure others here probably can give a better answer, and alas I do not read Chinese so I cannot talk to the specifics of the article. However, this issue has been mentioned before. Here is what Viola51 said regarding this when she did a series of threads about facts and other tid-bits of info regard YEH.

Answer: Eunhye has never had anything done with her face. The changes mostly are from puberty as she debut since a very young age and she also lose some weight. You may see in some pics that she looks a lot different but in some, she look exactly the same. However, if you look at the transformation from step to step, you will see she is all natural. Many suspect about her eyes and nose, her eyes is one of her comeliness. They are always that big. And her nose has always been sharp. You can search her parents and her brother’s photos, she got the looks from her parents and her brother look very much like her.
If you’re still suspicious, well that’s up on you. Same as the earlier question, only if she admits it. But Eunhye even said once that she has never done it. And even if she really did something to her face, it’s really not that big a deal. Many people, not just Korean and their celebrities, did it anyway. Yoon Eunhye is famous for her professionalism and her persona, not with plastic beauty.

Well, having surgery doesn't really matter. It's not about the appearance, anyway. It is her personality that I admire the most!
